Download
1.Click Download Now, to download the file.
2.When the File Download window appears, click Save this program to 
disk (Windows XP users, click Save) and click OK.  The Save In: window 
appears. 
3.From the Save In: field, click the down arrow then click to 
select Desktop and click Save.  The file will download to your desktop.
4.If the Download Complete window appears, click Close.  The file 
name icon appears on your desktop.

Install
1.Double-click the new icon on the desktop labeled DELL_DW5800-LTE-4G-MOBILE-BR_A00_R303097.exe.  
The Self-Extractor window appears. 
2.Click OK or Continue.
The Self-Extracting Driver Installation window appears and prompts to 
extract files to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R303097. 
3.Leave all of the default settings and click Unzip or OK.  If the 
directory doesn't exist, you'll be prompted to create one. Click Yes. A 
Self Extractor window appears and indicates C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R303097 files were 
extracted. 
4.Click OK.
Follow the on-screen installation instructions in the window.

HTML Pop-Up With Install Now Button
1.The Dell Software Installation Documentation window appears. 
2.Click the Install Now button.   A File Download window appears. 
3.Click Run this program from its current location and click OK.  
The Security Warning window appears. 
4.Click Yes.  The InstallShield Wizard window appears. 
5.Follow the on-screen instructions.

Installation Instructions

            
Windows based firmware update for ST9500423AS/ST9750420AS:-
1. Download and unzip D2D5DEM1.zip into your desktop.
2. In D2D5DEM1 folder, please search for the Windows folder.
3. Double click D2D5DEM1.EXE and it will begin to run. On the first screen you will select your language, and then select OK. The next screen is the welcome screen, click Next to proceed. Following up with a warning screen, please read thoroughly and select Next. The next screen is the License Agreement screen. If you agree, choose I accept and then click Next.
4. You will then come to the screen that asks you to close and save all applications and to back up your data. When you are ready to start the firmware update, please check Begin firmware update procedure, and then click Proceed.
5. The computer will reboot and follow up with the HDD firmware update activities. Once the firmware update is complete the system will reboot into Windows.

Usb based firmware update for ST9500423AS/ST9750420AS:-
1. Download and unzip D2D5DEM1.zip into your desktop. In D2D5DEM1 folder, please search for the Usb folder. 
2. Please insert a USB key and execute USB5DEM1.EXE. This will launch the Seagate Linux USB boot maker utility. Click Next to proceed. 
3. The next screen is the License Agreement screen. If you agree, choose I accept and then click Next. Following up with a warning screen, please select your desired USB key drive letter. You may backup all your data in your USB key as the Seagate Linux USB boot maker utility will wipe out your USB key. Check This will wipe out to proceed and click Create. Choose Yes to format your USB key.
4. Reboot your computer from the USB key, your computer will now start updating the HDD firmware. Once the firmware update is completed, please any key to continue and this will turn off your computer. Once the computer has been powered down, you can now turn the computer on.

Windows based firmware update for ST95005620AS:-
1. Download and unzip ��MX35DEM4.zip�� into your desktop.
2. In ��MX35DEM4�� folder, please search for the ��Windows�� folder.
3. Double click ��MX000050.EXE�� and it will begin to run. On the first screen you will select your language, and then select ��OK��. The next screen is a warning screen, please read and select ��Next�� if you agree. The next screen is the License Agreement screen. If you agree, click "I agree" and then click ��Next��.
4. You will then come to the screen that asks you to close and save all applications and to back up your data. When you are ready to start the firmware update, please check the "Begin firmware update procedure", and then click ��Proceed��.
5. The system will reboot and load the firmware. Once the firmware update is complete the system will boot up into Windows normally.

DOS based firmware update for ST95005620AS:-
1. Unzip ��MX35DEM4.zip�� into your bootable USB key. Boot up the computer with USB key.
2. In ��Dos�� folder, just type ��DEM4.BAT�� at the DOS prompt and press the enter key.
3. Your system will now start updating the HDD firmware. Once the firmware update is completed, your system will display a "DRIVE PASSED" message.
4. Remove your USB key, and turn off your system using the computers power button. Once the computer has been powered down, you can now turn the computer on normally.

Windows based firmware update for ST9500423AS/ST9750420AS:-
1. Download and unzip D2D5DEM1.zip into your desktop.
2. In D2D5DEM1 folder, please search for the Windows folder.
3. Double click D2D5DEM1.EXE and it will begin to run. On the first screen you will select your language, and then select OK. The next screen is the welcome screen, click Next to proceed. Following up with a warning screen, please read thoroughly and select Next. The next screen is the License Agreement screen. If you agree, choose I accept and then click Next.
4. You will then come to the screen that asks you to close and save all applications and to back up your data. When you are ready to start the firmware update, please check Begin firmware update procedure, and then click Proceed.
5. The computer will reboot and follow up with the HDD firmware update activities. Once the firmware update is complete the system will reboot into Windows.

Usb based firmware update for ST9500423AS/ST9750420AS:-
1. Download and unzip D2D5DEM1.zip into your desktop. In D2D5DEM1 folder, please search for the Usb folder. 
2. Please insert a USB key and execute USB5DEM1.EXE. This will launch the Seagate Linux USB boot maker utility. Click Next to proceed. 
3. The next screen is the License Agreement screen. If you agree, choose I accept and then click Next. Following up with a warning screen, please select your desired USB key drive letter. You may backup all your data in your USB key as the Seagate Linux USB boot maker utility will wipe out your USB key. Check This will wipe out to proceed and click Create. Choose Yes to format your USB key.
4. Reboot your computer from the USB key, your computer will now start updating the HDD firmware. Once the firmware update is completed, please any key to continue and this will turn off your computer. Once the computer has been powered down, you can now turn the computer on.
